As co-owner of IBIE, ABA is able to offer Members access to Phase 1 exhibit space sales for the Western Hemisphere's largest and most important baking industry event. Contracts for ABA Members open on April 19, 2021, months ahead of other exhibitors.
Booth spaces are allocated based on the following timeline and exhibitors are placed using a priority points system.
ROUND 1 - ABA, BEMA, and RBA Members only
- Contracts open: April 19, 2021
- Contracts due: May 17, 2021
- Top 30 - Space selection: Jun 28-29, 2021
- Round 1 - Space selection: July 13-15, 2021
ROUND 2 - Members and past exhibitors
- Contracts open: July 28, 2021
- Contracts due: August 25, 2021
- Round 2 - Space selection: October 12-14, 2021
ROUND 3 - Open to all exhibitors
- Contracts open: October 15, 2021
