Lawsuits and demand letters alleging that Front of Pack (FOP) quantitative protein statements are deceptive if not based on the protein digestibility-corrected amino acid score (PDCAAS) are increasing.

Join us this January 26th for an overview of the current status of state and federal cases about protein content and key cases to watch over the next 6-12 months. What are the regulatory implications of the positions that plaintiffs are asserting in these cases and considerations for minimizing risk in labeling and advertising? Also, understand the potential implications for other categories of labeling claims – particularly other nutrient content claims.
